This research illustrates how telemedicine offered by pharmacies as a service to its users affects ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) factors. On the social side, it improves access to treatment, reducing health inequalities. Environmentally, it limits travel, lowering emissions. Finally, it strengthens governance by promoting transparency and traceability of health services. Digital pharmacies thus become key players in sustainability.
