This research investigates how companies that adopt circular economy models, along with innovation networks, can improve their economic growth. The study examined several Italian companies engaged in reuse, recycling and other sustainable practices, seeking to understand which strategies work best.Among the findings is that not all companies benefit equally from collaborations with partners or extended networks: some achieve good results even working independently, without necessarily having to develop large alliances. In addition, the effectiveness of circular practices depends on how they are implemented, such as through a balance between reusingmaterials internally and selling waste to other companies. In sum, the study suggests that there is no single path to success with the circular economy, and offers concrete guidance for companies and stakeholders on how to develop sustainable business models that truly foster growth.
