As part of Spoke 7 on “Smart Agri-food,” researchers in the 'Circular Products and Services' Lab are investigating marketing for upcycled foods and consumer preferences for circular food products (such as upcycled foods) and sustainable foods, and the value consumers place on companies' commitment to pursuing sustainable practices within agri-food supply chains.
